SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery takes between 1-3 days handling and then sent by second class Royal Mail.

If you would like tracked or special deliveries please email before check out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Cully Crafts/Silhouette Clothing.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To comply with our returns and/or refund policy you the customer must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you are not 100% satisfied.  You will then have 14 days for us to receive the goods back. Once we have received your goods and are happy to go ahead with the refund, you will be refunded within 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You must inform us before sending your item back.

You are responsible for paying the returns postage.

We have the right to refuse a refund if:

It has been more than 14 days since you received your item/s.

You were aware of the damage before purchasing.

The item is damaged by you the customer/ or is not in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted:

You will be notified within 14 days of us receiving the item back

You will receive a refund for the item and returned delivery.
